Day TWO

Today I gave of my knowledge, time, and ability to create a safe space to a cab driver. He and his wife are burdened by chronic illnesses. We talked for a 1/2 hour in front of my place after arriving. He had recently realized his wellbeing is in his own hands. I gave him a few pointers, and resources, and hopefully helped himself validate his conviction that his health is in his own hands (vs. in our broken medical system). Great cab driver too!
