As I write this on Saturday23rd late afternoon, even though Pacific Time your Saturday is only starting I am still bubbling over with excitement.
It all started with a book review in our Cape Times morning newspaper yesterday, Friday. Before 10.00a.m. Our time, 9 Cape Town people had joined as members of 29day gifts after reading the book review. As these are my
fellow citizens I could not resist giving them the official welcome as well as
an individual welcome. With this boost I am sure many more will soon follow.
Can you just imagine what is going to happen once Mbali starts the book tour? I have great faith that South Africans are going to finally wake up and join this wonderful journey.
Mbali coming out is another exciting moment for me. I hope to attend at least one of her book promotion evenings. Being greedy I would like to attend all three.
If Johannesburg and Durban respond as Cape Town has we should have a strong 29day giving support in our country. A dream come true? I certainly hope so.
