We plan on doing this at Wal Mart this year. Each Grandchild will choose one and we also will. I love to do this!

Our church puts gift tags on the tree for parishioners to take and grant the wish that's written on it. Thanks for the reminder, Valerie. We'll definitely grab a few this year.

Hmmmmm, you've got me thinking now.... I'll ask our community civic club if they want to put up a giving tree for tags listing things the community needs - like box top purchase points, books, or supplies for the elementary school, sports equipment for the civic center, volunteers to help with neighborhood projects or civic club duties, animal rescue, neighborhood crime watch, etc.....

I'm going to add charitable giving tags on our tree at home for family members, friends, guests to take and make happen. Thanks, Valerie!

Very cool idea about gift tags on your home tree! I will also put out a basket near the door for food donations that I will carry to the food pantry!
