How To: Post a song or audio recording in the public player

I've heard rumors that a few of you have written songs or recorded poems or other forms of audiomentary about your 29Gifts experience. If you'd like your audio file posted in our public player, which can be found in the left sidebar on the community page, you can email your MP3 file to us and we will post if for you. Users can only post audio files in their private players because we have to be careful about not posting copyrighted material in the public player on the main community page without permission.

Email MP3 files to:
hello@29Gifts.org

Information To Include in your Email:
*Your Name
*Link to your profile page
*Song/File Title as you want it to appear in the player
*A two-sentence description of the file as you want it to appear.

NOTE: The file size limit for each MP3 file is 20MB

If you need help adding music to your personal profile page, get started by following these steps:

One of the ways you can customize your profile page is by adding songs to the music player on your profile page. You can upload songs from your computer or add a song that's located online already.

You can upload any song in the .mp3 format to the music on your profile page. If your songs aren't in the .mp3 format, you'll need to convert them before they'll work on your network. Check out this tutorial for more information on converting songs from the iTunes format.

Using the bulk media uploader, you can add up to 100 songs at a time.

To upload music, go to your profile page and locate the "My Music" module. Click the "Add Music" link and then follow the prompts from there.
