29-Day Giving Challenge

This is something I try to do every day and don't count it in my giving blog ... but I am becoming more consciously aware of it:

Be Courteous, Say Thank You to Those Serving You.

I think my biggest one minute act of kindness is letting someone in to traffic. i am a much happier driver wheni think about the others on the road as opposed to thinking about being late or getting there quickly.
I love to do a lot of one-minute acts of kindness: complimenting someone on something, being friendly to a sales clerk or cashier, letting people into traffic... In fact, already this morning I have paid a compliment and let someone into traffic! :o)

Angel Blessings,

I wave and smile to people who let me in traffic.
One minute acts of kindness is great...which give me another idea, but it might not take just one minutes...hihihi.

My ideas is if you see someone that seem down or unhappy (even if you don't know them), just ask them what's wrong or if they are ok. I think, sometime the the thought that someone care, make you feel better even if you are down.

I got this idea a few months ago, i guess by accident. I went to the mall and was buying a pair of boot. But the guy that was helping me seem kind of troublesome/down, i guess. At first it did bother me that i was getting really lousy service, but then I realize, maybe something had happen and he was just having a bad day, week, etc. So at the end, after i paid for the shoes, i told him that notice there was something that bother him, and if he was ok. Then i say, 'Smile', it will make you feel better - which he did. In the end he told me, "that before he was helping he wasn't feeling good, and that i had made him smile, which made him feel much better and made his day."
