In a moment..... 5 Replies

Next time you tell someone that you'll 'be there in a moment', don't hang about - remember that a moment is an actual unit of time: about 90 seconds. Mind you, if you promise to be there in a jiffy…

So, apparently pigs are often used to make marshmallows .... I think it's the fat that is used to make gelatin and that's what goes in the mallows.   And another thing: I heard you can actually buy v…

Oh, and I nearly forgot, I get the part about changing the pig toys often. A bored pig is an unhappy pig - so I've been told. Thanks Dawn, can't be as happy asa a pig in mud if you don't have your toys changed often.

Interesting, and weird information you have there ladies. I wonder why non-chromium? Perhaps it is hard for pigs to say? "can you please pass me my non-chromium ball."
Um, I hope the coffee wasn't hot Mary. That would have been weird trying to explain how that happened, I dare say :)

according to the article i read, acceptable toys include footballs, basketballs, straw or hay, and dangling chains. the farmers are supposed to change the toys up every so often so the pigs don't get bored with them.

RE the pig toys, they like balls (non-chromium), pillows, sheets to roll in and possibly plastic bottles (you have to watch so they don't try to eat them, I understand).

But I'm sending this to 29Gifts member and OTBC founder / pig owner / expert Maureen. Stay tuned.

Peter, you made my coffee shoot out my nose with that last one.

So who can come up with the toys the English farmers supply to their pigs? That is weird.
And who knows if the pigs actually play with these toys? Even weirder! they might be too busy using their Baby Gays.
