I stopped at Wendy's and picked up 10 Frosty key fobs. I kept one and gave one to my wife. Now I have 8 more to give out to friends, clients and strangers.

I should have given my nurse practitioner a gift. Instead she gave me one. 22 items on my Lipid and Metabolic panels and all of them in the good range. I felt like I was on the Biggest Loser as she told me my health age was probably five years younger than my actual age.



As far as me giving a gift, it was a tough day. Some days I think negatively for no apparent reason. I think the guy speeding is going to cut me off, when there's no real reason to think it.…

Yesterday I was at a loss for a gift. I didn't really go out and about much, so I needed to think of something to do for someone at home. The good thing was that it allowed me to think about the gift off and on through out the day.



As the day ended and I was doing the dishes. Which I do alot and don't count as a gift, I picked up the family room. Everyone was asleep already, so hopefully they appreciated a picked up family room this morning.

I got my run in today before the Super Bowl. It's in the 60's and beautiful in Arizona, so everyone was out at the park. Families fishing at the lake, getting on the kiddie train and having birthday parties.

I ran by the dollar tree and snapped a picture. My gift is still there, but what should I give today?
