The Gift of Not Being Hit by a Car

Yesterday as I was dropping my son off at school, a teenaged girl parked by the side of the drop off lane, suddenly began backing right into my car (my old 10 year old Subaru/her 2010 Mercedes)(this was gonna hurt her more than it was gonna hurt me)But Still, she was backing right into the driver's seat and my old car doesn't have side airbags - yikes!! Fat, protein, fiber AND carbs??

I came thiiiis close to blowing off my first Weight Watchers meeting in forever - it was the Sartorial Catch 22 - I didn't have anything to wear, and the reason I didn't have anything to wear was because I've gained a bunch of weight. My last day of giving in my first cycle was two days ago, but yesterday, when I was going to write about it, I got some possibly distressing medical news. Saturday was a combo late Christmas with my sister and her family/early my Birthday - at my mom's. Prior to going, I dropped off at our local library a huge bag of Children's books culled from our purge of the day before.
