- I love giving to others, like volunteering and all. But I want to be more mindful of what and how I give. Also, I am interested in the connection between chronic pain and open giving.

- Hi!!! I'm Alyse, like some people buy a car, and some get A LEASE on a car. I had a really bad accident almost 7 years ago and things are not always easy, but I want to use this giving challenge to consciously focus on something other than my pain.
