Today I started my 29 days of giving. To give a little bit of background on me, I want to describe my current living conditions. I have been struggling with Lupus since 2005 and as a result of difficulties living alone (I'm only 25 years old by the way) I moved in with my grandparents this last May. - I read a little bit about the author and how a month of giving changed her perspective on having M.S. I have been struggling with Lupus for a few years now and would like to see my perspective change as well. I think it's a wonderful idea and want to give it a try!
- What I'd most like to receive:
- Not sure about this - a new perspective on life. Whatever comes my way, I'll accept.

Today I expressed my gratitude to my grandma for allowing me to live here with her and my grandpa. It has worked out well for all of us involved - due to my health, it's hard to live alone, and due to her health, she needs someone around too. She was laying on the couch and I decided it was a good time to give her a GOOD thank-you.

2nd and 3rd Days of Giving

Thank you to all who have posted about my blogs, it is wonderful to hear from others who have similar experiences!! Yesterday was my second day of giving and I had a great experience as a result of this. So, I'm a hospice worker and love it. I coordinate volunteers to visit with patients, and usually I can pair people up pretty well. Yesterday, I received a call from one of our hospice nurses and she said that one of our patients was actively passing away. The family wanted a hospice volunteer… Continue
