- I live in Orange County, CA. however, I left my heart in San Francisco...I've decided to be more authentic, grateful and aware of others in 2009 and beyond. I see what a difference it makes to have love in your heart, regardless of the situation or challenge. #3 an unsuspecting thank you...

I sent a thank you card and gift card to the doctor's assistant who took time to copy my medical records for me (which is probably not her favorite part of her day). I wanted to show my appreciation in more than a verbal thank you, plus she wasn't there to receive my words....I like thinking of ways to be more grateful, 29 days of giving = gratitude! This is heightening my awareness for sure....

Sent brownies to an amazing musician, John Copen, who played a holiday party for me in December. I've been meaning to say thank you and this is perfect, delayed but perfect on day 2.

Finally back to actually give and keep track for the 29 day challenge! Today I sent cards to friends. I love getting mail and I know they will be happy to see some treats in the mail for no good reason but to send some love...this is fun!
