The past two weeks have been busy and while I have tried to keep giving every day. It has been pretty difficult. I'm doing my best not to be hard on myself since other things have suffered as well (my work outs for one.) I have made a few gifts these past few weeks, but I think I will have to start a new tomorrow.

I've missed a day of giving. I think I actually noticed something that I did give in hindsight, but I can't for the life of me remember what it is right now. I know I wasn't actually conscious of whatever it was when I did it. Oh I know, I left my thermos home for my husband to take with him on his trip to Lansing. He was set to spend the day there. He missed my text message, so he didn't take it.

Today, I brought in the loaf of cinnamon raisin bread from Panera and some butter spread. So many people thanked me for bringing it in. It was such a simple thing and didn't take a lot of thought and extra planning. It made me think, how many little things have I failed to appreciate that others have done for me. So many people bring in treats at work or do other nice things. Have I taken the time to thank them? I am going to make an effort to thank people for the little things that they do. :-)

I sent myself an email with the blog post in it from the days that I've missed, but it disappeared. I'll have to re-create the days as best I can. Day #6, I made coffee for my husband in the morning before work. I usually just make coffee for me, because we can't agree on how strong to make it. I like it strong, he likes it weak.
