I have been busy working. It snowed today and I went for a wonderful race-walk. Saw some awesome sights (Canada Geese bedded down on a playing field and a golf course.) I think they are beautiful. I had to write a Facebook entry sharing the experience. I did some volunteering at the Children's Hospital and my team mate and I worked on decorating the general pediatrics playroom.

Day 31- Monday, December 1, 2009
I won a pair of tickets to the Blossoms of Light at the Denver Botanic Gardens. Last Friday I registered for the drawing when I went with my friend, Janet, to City Floral. I picked up the tickets today and I invited Janet to be my guest! She was pretty excited.

Day 30- Monday, November 30, 2009
Today was tutoring day for 2 fourth graders. They did great and I let them know. They had as much fun as I did!
Sent some thank you e-mails to friends and wrote a bit on Facebook. That is a great place to give gifts. My cousin recieved an award and I gave him lots of deserved praise. I made some new friends and contacted other new people. I love to see people on Facebook.

A busy day working on the weekend ay to get a big project done. Talked to a couple of people on the phone for awhile. A great day to do some "phone-work!" I love the people in my life!

For me some of the best gifts I can give to my 21 year old son is to be quiet. It is hard... I'm sure they appreciate it sometimes.
