All you have to do is give from the heart-anything! Smiles count!
Then blog the story that evolves from the process, I am almost to day 100, and on my 4th round of 29 days, it just keeps getting better.
Read some blogs and comment, If there is not a local group in your area, you can start one, I did, so we can all meet and get to know each other, and share how our lives are changing. I have had one on one coffee with several women in my area, adn their lives are all changing too.
