So, four days in now and happy to report that being in the mindset of "what can I gift today, just because" is sooo nice.The various gifts have ranged from flowers picked for a teacher, rides to and from a yoga retreat, a compliment, cooking dinner for my sister ... some compassion and forgiveness in an upset, some much needed tenderness to the self. So, four days in now and happy to report that being in the mindset of "what can I gift today, just because" is sooo nice.
The various gifts have ranged from flowers picked for a teacher, rides to and from a yoga retreat, a compliment, cooking dinner for my sister ... some compassion and forgiveness in an upset, some much needed tenderness to the self. And many more ideas are flooding in.

- Day # 1 ~ So excited about getting into the flow of generosity and gifting ... for today I will be giving a fellow yogi a ride to our 4 day yoga and meditation retreat happening in the Santa Cruz Mountains. It does feel really good to gift and doing it more and more w/o strings attached will be wonderful (must think of fun creative ways to gift anonymously ; )
