Day 153 (Sunday): Donated a dollar toward cancer research in the checkout line at Albertsons. Put together birthday gift bags for my two sisters, Colleen and Julianne, and their friend, Katie, who were coming to visit the next day. Each girl got a bag with tempurpedic slippers, a picture frame, bag of jellybeans, and heart necklace.

Days 139-140 (Sunday-Monday): Spent an awesome weekend with two friends at Catalina Island. We took turns paying for each other's meals and enjoyed each others company.

Day 141 (Tuesday): Gave myself the gift of a nice easy run after work.

Day 142 (Wednesday): Promised my sister I'd do a painting of her and her boyfriend.

Day 138 (Saturday): Wished someone a happy birthday on Facebook. Responded to an email. Paid some bills that have been sitting on the counter.
