- I'm a sophomore in college at Truman State University. I love life and I have been truly blessed in my life. I believe being nice is like being a lady - If you have to tell someone you are, than you probably are not and that laughter is the best medicine. I wish I was more selfless and someday I hope to be able to work with Doctors without Borders. My mother is my hero and I'll try anything once.

So I signed up to do the 29 gifts challenge back when I read the book in November; however, being a college student, I got caught up with studying and my personal challenge got pushed to the back burner while my semester got harder. I thought about starting over several times and even tried to a couple different times, but it never seemed to work out. I would think after the nice act how it would be a good way to…
