- Why I'm choosing to give:
- To give back and help someone in there time of need, to know how much it
means when a family is broken & what you do, make a difference.
I know first hand being in bed for weeks & weeks, my husband working, taking
care of the house & our 2 sons. Any help was a welcome blessing. To be able to show kindness when kindness & a friend is what they need in there
time of need. It's the small stuff that matters, it adds up to a pick me up
for the one your helping.
- What I'd most like to receive:
- Happiness for those dear to me, better awareness for when I can be of some help to others.

- About me:
- I am 49 I got very sick with my first
MS attack in July of 1994. I have been married for 28 yrs.
to a wonderful man, we have 2 grown sons. & a beautiful, sweet daughter
in-law.
I love to do crafts of all kinds mostly, I like to sew. I like to make
quilts. I love to put all the colors together, make something beautiful.
I taught in quilt shops for a couple of years & love it.

Making Prayer Shawls

How many of you have heard about this beautiful ministry called
Prayer Shawl Ministry? What you do is make a shawl for someone
who is sick or in need of some form of comfort, While you are making
the shawl you say prayers in 3's like Father,Son, Holy Spirit.
When you start your first row your first stitch say Love, healing, Name the
person you are making the shawl…
The homeless in a heated tent

reporting our local Emergency management team had set up a big white heated tent, for the homeless downtown.
When I saw the news reporter talking to one of the men in the tent ,you could see his breath from the cold, even with
