Today is the first day for the rest of my life. I started my day with a wonderful conversation and cup of coffee with my husband. Normally, I am stil asleep because I work late hours at night and I do not spend as much time with him as I should. So I started at home first with giving time and sharing my spirit with my husband. More will be revealed later about how the remainder of the day goes.

- Why I'm choosing to give:
- I know there are benefits to giving. It makes my heart feel good to do something worthwhile for someone else. Even a smile or "thumbs Up" to a stranger can help. I remember when a sincere smile from someone that I did not know was all I needed to help me make it another day.
- What I'd most like to receive:
- I would like to receive peace of mind that I have made a difference in another persons life.

- I heard about the 29 day giving challenge from someone who loves me and make me smile.
- About me:
- I am a married mother of three wonderful children, grandmother to two wonderful young boys, a pretty good daugther to both of my parents, a sister to some awesome brothers and sisters, and a friend to most people I meet.

Day 1 of the Giving Challenge
