- Why I'm choosing to give:
- This year some things have happened that have made me very wrapped up in myself. When you have bad things happening in your life it is very easy to forget that other people have needs too. I hope this will kick start my way into 2010 with a new attitude and a fresh start.

- I am 20 years old, working as a tutor as well as doing sales and marketing for a software company. I am also studying to become a teacher in my 3rd year of University.

Thursday I gave my hair dresser an extra large tip for Christmas. She is so good to me.

Day 5
I also stepped up and offered to drive 2 of the other girls to the party. Usually I would wait for someone to volunteer, but I called all of the girls in my area and asked if they wanted a ride - I was even out of gas. It's not something I would always do.

In November, we're sponsoring a cause that has been started by fellow giver, Lubabat. We are so deeply touched and impressed by Lubabat's strength of character & spirit. Lubabat was diagnosed with MS in the mid 90s and then in August of 09, she was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Her reaction has been so inspirational - she is thriving through giving. She is hosting a Christmas Give and her theme is "going small to make a big impact" We have named her our November Cause of the Month and would be grateful for your support!
