- Was given a medicine bundle by a friend and shamanic mentor; I do this in honor of his teachings.
- What I'd most like to receive:
- $1000 to help take a healing trip to Mexico. I have a rare eye disease in which I can go blind 3 different ways. I also have Multiple Sclerosis (unrelated to the eye disease). I recently had an MS exacerbation, in addition to new lesions on the brain, I now have MS in my left eye. So now I have 4 ways to become blind. This healing trip with a shaman would help me to fight these very difficult diseases.

I'm amazed that I am still seeing! ...In 1998 I was given a medicine bundle by my friend and shamanic mentor. I have a Newfoundland dog & I adore art, literature, and all creative acts. I trained in theater.

Round 3 (Self Give) Day 9, 10 & 11
This morning I woke and realized I had not written my blog about my gives. I've not written every day as I'd liked, so I had a moment of thinking that I'd have to start all over again, as if not writing every day would somehow be an indication of a lack of commitment to the self-gives.
My give for today is to not worry about writing every day! I write what I can!

Round 3, Day 8 (Self Give)
Today I followed through with an exhausting email to the producer about the production. It was an emotional roller coaster of back and forth emails. I've never worked so hard to get someone to see that their choices to not do something had serious ramifications.
I stood by my decision to stop rehearsals because finances were not properly let set up. It was very hard to do so; the producer kept trying to get me to wait more days while she worked to secure a sponsor.

I took the pictures of him on the steps, but the picture of the bird in the tree is from a picture I found online.
