Simply Fearless Giving!

On day 8 I gave myself permission to STOP working and I visited it a friend. This was such a gift to me because I had really allowed myself to get caught up in work stuff in a bad way. In a wound up, can't leave the computer kind of way. What a nice relase!

Okay so this one seems small, but if felt big at the time because sometimes I pile on the "shoulds" like they're going out of style. I took my daughter to voice lesson and while she was with her instructor I gave myself permission to go to the car and read my book.
