- Hi Cathy: I can't imaine having both fibromyalgia AND MS! How do you cope? I have fibro along with the migraines and brain fog and was diagnosed in 1978. Many years of aching and not being able to think clearly enough to do my work. I'm better since I've started taking cymbalta. Let me know if you discover something that helps, and I will do the same; we can comiserate together. May you be blessed with a pain free day today!
