Today, when I took Beven's dogs for a walk we stopped to talk to an elderly lady and gentleman. They really like it when the dogs let them stroke them. Lots of smiles.

I taught yoga to people with learning difficulties - I am a volunteer and I teach for 2 hours. I am going to teach each Monday. The people are lovely, they are so friendly and they try very hard to do the poses. It is one of the most beautiful things I have done. I took a man's dog for a walk because he is too ill to do it himself. I take this dog for a walk 3 times a week and I take a lady's dog for a walk once a week.
