Valentines Day was my day 14. My husband and I headed out on a motorcycle ride. Just as I zipped up my jacket, the zipper broke. Drats! So, I was irritable heading out, thinking of how I was going to have to fix it, etc. We made a quick stop at the ATM for some cash, and as I pulled out of the parking lot, I noticed a homeless man with a large sign saying, "God bless." Saturday was day 13 and I was mostly home doing laundry and cleaning, so my gift was a donation to Haiti via the UN World Food Program. My heart wants to make quilts, but I know the money will help faster.

Friday was day 12, and I gifted myself by going to be early. I've been walking and/or doing yoga and crunches every day, plus working at my job, and I was just plain tired by Friday night. So, I skipped my usual "gotta do" list and gave into sleep.

I received a well-rested me, ready to tackle Saturday!

Catching up! Day 11 was last Thursday and I gifted my co-worker with lunch. Because of a snafu at main office, I had a short time to do a major inventory of printers at one of our accounts. Thanks to my friend, we got it done!
