I have not been keeping up with my 29 days and need to get back. Tomorrow is a new day and I am starting new. I need some new karma!

Today my husband and I took the last pieces of furniture from my Dad's place and spent the days cleaning and scrubbing. It was our final Goodbye to him and we cleaned and left it just the way it was when he moved in 10 years ago. I sat on the floor and cried when we were done. Then walked room by room and said goodbye to my Dad. Today was for him and for me it has been on my shoulders for a while. I went back to my blogs from a year ago and saw a note that said how blessed I was to have both parents and a step dad. Funny how life changes. I stopped my 29 gifts and in the year my sister got cancer, my Dad passed away and my Employer and I parted ways. One year and it all changed. I am blessed with a Dad and a Step Dad at 47 and both are still with me. Today with my step brothers and sisters we bought my step dad a tv for his birthday/fathers day gift. His tv was blinking on and off and the pictures wouldnt stay on. He needed now and not in June for his bday or fathers day. My gift was that I helped lift the tv. It's been a while since I did the 29 gifts program. My life got hectic and i have had some medical issues and business issues that took me away. NOW I AM BACK.
A sister of friend who is a few years younger than me had a stroke. This is a grammer school firend and she is in her early 40's.
