Why I'm choosing to give:: I have fallen quickley into a deep depression, feeling sorry for myself. I was literally struck down in my steps by a back injury after finally reaching the healthiest time of my life. I am walking with a cane, can't go anywhere without pain. I don't understand why. God knows...I know. But this morning I took a friends daughter to a final at the local college. I had a reason to get up and get going. It felt good to help. Then I came across this on Facebook.

What I'd most like to receive:: God's grace and strength to endure whatever it is that is coming

About me:: I am married 14 years and have 3 sons. I am a devoted to living a life that Christ wants me to live but am human and afraid. I lost my job because of my injuries and I miss my residents (activities assistant at a nursing home) My husband is gone all but 2 days a month-long haul trucker.

I was literally struck down in my steps one day at work. I was an activities assistant at a nursing home, a student, mom and wife. All my activity caused me to lose some major weight which was a Godsend. I was in the best shape of my life. One day I was leaving my bosses office and I was struck with horrible pain in my back. it is day 1. I found this on facebook compliments to a friend. I took a friends daughter to a final at college today as she didnt have a ride. I am so thanmkful I had a reason to get up and get going. It has me thinking "what am I going to do tomorrow"?
