Hello, Diane -

I'm from Minnesota too!

Welcome to the site. I've been on here and involved in this challenge for about 2 months. It's been great! It really has. It always feels wonderful to give ... but to be able to share some of my experiences and feelings on here, to read about others' experiences, and to communicate with them.

I was new to blogging too. But after two months, I've come to love this community of bloggers. The people here are wonderful.

Life here is as fast as you want to make it!
Welcome!
I am one of the original 500, and I'm on day 317-that's round 11 day 27!
I have had miracles happen while here.
Make sure you give of your heart every day and write about it. You don't have to write publicly, do a private journal, turn off the blog.
But write what you give and what comes back, being mindful is the KEY!
Give smiles when you have nothing else.
The most powerful gives are the secret ones and those you think you cannot afford to give, like money, and things you are attached to.
Be sure you will change if you follow thru.
Be ready for miracles!
Today, I give you a great big world of giving!

Why I'm choosing to give:
I'm choosing to give because I want to think less about myself. I'll be facing some treatments due to illness very soon, and already people have been both quietly and grandly supportive.
For the most part, I think that the people I've met in life have been amazing and unique, and I don't want to forget that.
What I'd most like to receive:
Peace.

This sort of community and mission feels so quietly powerful and resourceful and capable.
I knew immediately that this was something that I wanted to be part of and watch manifest around me.
Also, never wrote a blog before, so we'll see how that goes.
