Jeff's daughter came over Sat night. She's had a rough time of it lately. But it looks like she is going to pull herself up and do what is right. The poor kid had a very old coat on and I had a nice suede coat I haven't worn in a while so I gave it to her. To see her eyes light up made me feel so good. Also, I sat and talked with for awhile, and encouraged her to continue on her path of getting better.

I said my words from the heart and I hope they will help her.

Today I am…

Today I was the driver for Jeff. He had to go to the doctor, so I took him.

We are going out to Cal for the month of Feb. I need and want to go help my mom. She needs me there, so we decided to go for awhile.

It's good to know that I will be helping her out. I hope it works to make her feel better.

I'm not sure why I haven't been writing lately. I know it makes me feel good when I do. Also, something else that is making me feel good, is working…

We have been so lucky in Denver, the weather has been warm and mild. So, I am sending all my warm thoughts and hugs to all of you stuck in the deep freeze. Stay warm with loved ones.

Today, I will be making a ham, roast beef, sweet potatoes, green beans and ALL the timings. All the kids are coming over at 2pm. So we'll have a house full!!!

I guess I better get back to work.....
