I can think of many ways to help the people of Haiti, so I began by sending an email and a monetary gift to my sister's neighbor who lost 2 grandchildren in the earthquate. My sister lives in Boston and she hand delivered it. At times like this one feels so inadequate. But I will continue to hold them in my prayers and continue to help in any way I can. It just never seems to be enough no matter what.

As I was pondering what my gift would be for today, a friend called and needed her resume scanned and emailed to another person. As her email was down at the time she asked how much I would charge to do it. Bingo! There was my opportunity for today to give a gift. She was the proud reipient of my gift for day 5, as well as being introduced to this wonderful program.

This is so fulfilling! Today I will do some of my daughter's chores. It's a cold, snowy day here in Cleveland and she had to work, may have a difficult time getting home, so I decided to help her out with her chores here. To my great surprise this morning as I opened my email I had a job offer--proofreading a manuscript for a writer!!! I did some computer work for a friend of mine. She was so grateful. I'm not sure I'm taking advantage of all this site has to offer, but getting used to it. I love it!
