- About me:
- I love challenges! I'm very physically active and enjoy challenging activities (aerial acrobatics, surfing, yoga, etc.). I have also learned to embrace spiritual and mental challenges as well and find progressing and growing from those as, if not more so, rewarding--many times I find that as I grow in my physical discipline, my spiritual and mental self grows, too, and vice versa. I am a practicing life coach, mom to two young girls and a HUGE fan of life.
