Wow, when you stop to think about all the ways that you can give, its almost overwhelming, but humbling. Today I asked for guidance to help something come to my mind and heart freely, but as I sit and nurse to health my sick little boy, I realize this is my gift for today. All he wants is to be held, so that is what I am trying to do and watching my house go astray. But what matter most----my gift to him.

A windy, very very windy day today which also happens to be trash day. As I looked out through the window I noticed neighbors trash cans in many places. I bundled up and put back as many of the can as I could for them. Felt very good..... As I know one of my neighbors is expecting in January and the last thing she needs is to be outside today. Simple act, but worth a smile.
