During church service, I really listened to the preachers and the praise team and during the service, I wrote anonymous short notes on little pieces of paper, describing my appreciating for their gifts of speaking, compassion, music, etc...
After church, i put the notes in their employee mailboxes. It felt good to recognize someone's gifts to the world!

Thank you for the red ribbon - lovely to receive a welcoming gift. Could you please tell me what the significance are of red ribbons, here? In South Africa, they mean compassion for those living with/affected by HIV & AIDS. Is it the same on this community? From the frequency with which they are used, I'm guessing they have a more general meaning here, perhaps?
