Today has been a monumental day in one form or another. This is the day that I realised that I am going to contiue, in the meantime at least in working a full day! Yes, I do need some downtime during the day but the most powerful moment was realising that 5 minutes was as valuable as half an hour. This was a major watershed for me and is magic.
