True service is to return to balance in our world.
We are the healthiest and happiest helping one another.
What one gives out, one receives back multiplied.
One has to receive in order to return to the flow of balance.
Not receiving back is disruptive and exhausting.
Live the life of your dreams by becoming, consciously,
part of the ever-expanding rhythms of our universe.

It is our duty to be caretakers of our earth,
devote ourselves to contribution and service.
This is the pursuit of deep joy from the center of our hearts.

We heal ourselves and our earth in two ways,
which are essentially one:
Giving and receiving… creating balance.

Giving is to be in the highest vibration possible at all times.
We may use our bodies to keep surrounded by light.
We may be guided by our emotions to live in love.
Our state of energy affects our surroundings at all times.
We are giving at every moment.
Take responsibility for what it is you give.
High vibration energy travels faster and further and multiplies.

Receiving is to open oneself to the good.
It is to take full responsibility for all we create and manifest.
Inhale abundance, for this is all that is… ever-expanding.

Once again, giving and receiving are essentially one action.
Like breathing, in and out, in and out, one action… creating balance.
The spirit of receiving has to match the spirit of giving.
We give and receive at the same moment.
One is not giving, when one is not open to receive.

Measure your capacity to give by sensing your spirit to receive.
How much good are you creating in your world?
Are you receiving?

Closing yourself to receiving or not being aware of receiving
lowers your overall vibration and the ability to do good in the world.
Just as not being conscious of giving,
oblivious to making a contribution and creating a legacy.
They are one and the same.
