Why I'm choosing to give:: I need to find myself again. I've lost so many things that made me who I am today. Now I'm trying to survive without these parts of me, and I'm not strong enough to handle it on my own. I went to the bookstore today and came across this book. Now I have hope. Maybe somehow I'll get myself back through giving away.

What I'd most like to receive:: Comfort and strength.

How did you hear about the 29-Day Giving Challenge?: I read (but didn't get the time to finish, I'm sad to say) 29 Gifts.

About me:: My name is Alexis. I'm young in age, but I have an old soul. I love to write, read, act, sing, dance, play golf, play piano, listen to music, watch movies, and make movies. My many faults include procrastinating, procrastinating, and procrastinating. Did I mention procrastinating? That too. However, when I really set my mind to something, I finish thoroughly and brilliantly. I have a broken heart. First time, and I'm still learning how to deal. Not going well. I'm hoping that this regimen will cure me, or at last make me stronger. I really do want to be stronger.
