Day 24--Give the Gift of Sight organization

Today at my eye doctor I noticed a brochure for this organization, which gives eye exams and glasses to people in poor countries. Donation made, on to the next day!

Today was a very busy day and I didn't get to this until tonight--saw an ad on the internet for a charity that distributes malaria nets in Africa; made a donation. On to day 21.

Today a person I work with had a very tough day and needed an ear--I listened while the person talked for about thirty minutes or so, then seem to feel better. On to day 20!

Day 23--Bugles Across America

Found my give early today! While watching the morning news, found a piece on Bugles Across America, an organization that sends a bugle player to play Taps at the funeral of any serviceperson whose family requests it. A great cause--on to day 24.

Today I received an email from my second cousin who is participating in the three day walk to raise money in honor of her aunt--what a great cause. Donation made!
