I am back to giving/gifting what I can. Will start tomorrow with a concerted effort to be mindful of the gift and the thought behind it. I have to concentrate on other so I don't center my days on the pain, the immobility or the complete turn around my life has taken.

Yesterday I went to church, a little born-again, Christian church up on the hill, not far from my house. It is a bit too conservative for me, but I go to sing and talk to people who are very friendly. I ususally put $5 in the collection basket and always feel good that I am maybe helping someone who doesn't have enough to eat or needs clothing or some fundamental need filled. HA! I am so uncreative in comparison to some of you women out there. But I try to take some of your ideas and run with it. What are the 'inchies' talked about on the blog site for new creative ideas, (or that's the way I look at it) ?
Have been gifting sporadicly but being mindful every day of my impact on the people around me and what I can give from those thoughts.

I have been paying close attention to our new cat. She came to us a few months ago from the Animal Shelter and is a beautiful, grey, 2-yr-old female who was found outside at our local grocery store. She has four white 'shoes' and one white 'sock', and a white ankle bracelet! Very cute! But my gift is to pay close attention to her for food, affection, and kitty desires.
