My second day started with my husband's early morning hair appointment. My beauty shop sells some of my handbags that I carry in my online store and my particular hairdresser, Kelly, always buys a tote from me when the new patterns and colors come out. Yesterday, I asked my husband, Gary, to take one of the new totes to Kelly as a gift. She wasn't there but I know when she returns she will love it and it feels good!

I am so pleased to be part of this group and challenge. I started my giving journey yesterday. I wanted to start my journey with a bang so I called my brother from whom I have been estranged for about 8 years. We had a brief encounter and talk when my mother passed away 2 years ago and then we talked a few weeks ago very briefly.
