I added this as a post too because I was not sure if everyone understood that this is a free service to all women in the US undergoing chemo -- thanks!

Day - 1 Here I go
This morning I started off by finding my husband matching socks. I know - it does not sound like much but If you could see our sock drawer you would reconsider. Anyway -- I felt that this was not enough so I made lunch for my sons teacher and his interpreter - I am very grateful for their help.
What's strange is that it came back to me. I recieved a note that my son got 100% on his science test! Also my brother-in-law brought some delicious cannoli and a mug from Carlos Bakery --- you know The Cake Boss.

For the past 3 years, it seems that I have been too busy for anything but the family, my housework and my job. 17 years ago today I recieved a wonderful gift....
17 years with her has gone by at a quantim speed and too soon she will be leaving home and going to college. So for the next year and a half --- when I go into clean her bathroom, empty her trash,( etc.), I will remind myself of how much I will miss the loud music, endless number of dirty cereal bowls and mountains of towels in 18 months.

- I used to watch the Olympics all the time, but this time, I don't know a soul. I usually follow ice skating, skiing, and the finals where Canada ALWAYS wins the GOLD in hockey...lol, but, I will say, I was cheering for that gal from the U.S. who had a bad foot/leg/muscle, etc., who won Gold in skiing. That was nice to see her hubby come up to her and hug her, etc. Guess it's going to be a very looooooonnnngggggggg 2 weeks....lol. For me, anyhow...Going to hibernate until St. Patty's Day, my B day....lol. xxoo :)
