- I am, finally, happy, satisfied and grateful for all I have now and have been given in my life. I have much to give and feel the personal gift of an open heart when I give to others.

- About me:
- I am nearing 45, a Canadian girl who has had the fortune of working and living in exciting cities across North America. I am married to a wonderful man, and we have a gorgeous dog named Tilly and an old feisty but sweet cat named Minnie. i tend toward being a workaholic, which I am working on. My family is wonderful, I have many good old and new friends, and I respect my health. I'm not without my personal demons but they are not always hanging around :)

I get it!
I have just finished reading Cami's book, and have been giving mindfully for the last 10 days or so (need to start journalling this to see and feel the momentum of the energy building from giving). What a coincidence! I'm not far, could've met you for a birthday coffee or drink. Good thing you were in Houston yesterday, we had a little snow today and there are hundreds of flight delays. The city shuts down upon a dusting of snow, most aren't used to it. I'm from Ohio and admit I miss a good snowstorm.
Also, I misread your comment and thought you were already 45, so I'm actually ahead of you. This side isn't so bad.

In November, we're sponsoring a cause that has been started by fellow giver, Lubabat. We are so deeply touched and impressed by Lubabat's strength of character & spirit. Lubabat was diagnosed with MS in the mid 90s and then in August of 09, she was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Her reaction has been so inspirational - she is thriving through giving. She is hosting a Christmas Give and her theme is "going small to make a big impact" We have named her our November Cause of the Month and would be grateful for your support!
