That's what happens when you get a sinus infection. I was laid up for 3 days and didn't feel like staring at the computer for even longer. My eye just kept watering even after I was improved!

Friday''s gift was hospitality. We had a friend whose husband is out of town over for dinner. I tried a new recipe for pot roast, and it was the yummiest one I've ever made. She was very appreciative of being invited and brought me a plant as a gift. I think it's a perrenial, and I have just the place to plant it in my front garden if I can keep it alive until Spring.

Today I restarted my exercise program as a gift to myself. I lost 75 lbs. with this program (I actually do aerobic at least 5 times a week, and weight training 2-3 times/week)) and I plan on losing another 75lbs. in the next year. My parents both lived to be in their mid-80s, and I intend to live that long, too!
