- Why I'm choosing to give:
- I'm choosing to give because I appreciate the intentionality and community-oriented spirit of this. It will remind me, for the next 29 days and hopefully beyond, to be generous. Just this morning, I took the scarf off from around my neck and said to my client - who was wearing all black - "Here! Put this on!" She did, and it looked fabulous and felt so good to see her wearing it. I told her to borrow it, but after learning about the 29-Day Giving Challenge tonight from a friend, I realized that today must have been Day 1.
- What I'd most like to receive:
- The opportunity to work with more and more amazing, strong, creative, passionate women who want to reclaim their voices and move forward on their paths through life.
A few weeks alone somewhere to work on my book in solitude (preferably with meals!).
Opportunities to travel affordably as a family.
Kindness.
