- I am hoping that it will give me a sense of accomplishment, giving, self worth etc.
- What I'd most like to receive:
- Balance with myself. A feeling that even though I lost alot of myself I can still do things for my children and others.

- About me:
- I was diagnosed with MS 1 year ago after sever hand pain and a sudden vision impairment. I have 4 beautiful children, 2 teenage girls, 1 10 year old female and a full of energy 2 year old little boy. I try my hardest to keep up with all of them but I find it very difficult as symptoms are worsening and becoming more progressive. I am beginning to define myself by this disease alone. The 29 gifts book is the first uplifting story that I have read that gives me hope that maybe I can do this and show my children that I am just as strong as I have always been!!

For my second gift I took some seashells that I had gotten last month on my vacation to the Outer Banks, NC and printed on a few of them the words, "Hope", "Love", "Patience" and "Happiness". I charged them with my energy and then placed them in a cellophane wrapper with a small card and dropped them into my mother's milkbox. Needless to say she knew it was me but she was very excited!!!

My plan for my first gift was to make a Physical Therapy appt. for my husband that I knew he wasn't going to make for himself. So at 9am I called the office and made that appt. for him.
Then as I got ready to take a walk with my 2 yr. old to the post office I got to thinking about the neighbors little girl, about 3 yrs. old and how they are new in the neighborhood and I have never met them. So, before we left I found a packet of Sunbright Kids Sunflower seeds and attached one…
