I stopped keeping track

I stopped keeping track of the daily gifts. I try each day to increase my awareness of what I can give to others. Opening the door, listening to troubles, whatever it is. The daily approach of just noticing is nice and gentle.

I helped fix a friend's fence.

Day 15: held the door for an older man
Day 16: let other cars go at 4-way intersections throughout the day
Day 17: offered love and compassion to a friend

Day 12... fell off the wagon
Day 13...
Day 14: Sent love and well wishes to a wonderful woman I know

This definitely gets more challenging after all of the "easy" ideas and people have been gifted.
