- Why I'm choosing to give:
- I feel like people need to know that someone cares about them enough to reach out. Giving is a wonderful way to do that. Through my personal experiences, I have learned that people often appear to be functioning quite well, while living with deep personal pain. Reaching out in times like those can be very therapeutic for both parties.
- What I'd most like to receive:
- Hmmm....well, at the risk of sounding selfish, what I would like to receive..and in fact DO receive, is the warmth and bond of friendship. The wonderful thing about the web is that our friendships can extend far beyond traditional boundaries.
- About me:
- I'm a semi-retired teacher, now enjoying a little extra time to create miniature artworks such as ACEO art cards, and handmade greeting cards.
I'd love to be able to build my business to the point that I can support myself and my family with it. To be able to make a living by creating beautiful things is a dream of mine!
