- Why I'm choosing to give:
- To stop focusing on myself & my feelings for a while. I've recently been trying to come to terms with my Mum's death a year ago & my career change. When I discovered the 29day challenge I was feeling particularly weak & vulnerable so thought it was the ideal opportunity to focus on giving to others.

- I'm 33 and live in West Sussex, UK. I'm a Mum & a Wife. I've recently resigned from a Financial role to focus my energy as a Massage Therapist. I love - the theatre, nature, the sea, chocolate & wine. My favourite shop is a flower shop. I guess, I'm currently on a spiritual journey & I hope to meet people that are on a similar journey!

kai charles said… - Hi Jo I mostly do therapeutic massage, I also do hotstones, pre/postnatal and sports massage. I work at a chiropractic and a physical Therapy office as well as private clients. Do you work from Home? Here in the Usa therapists working from home is kind of rare except in smaller towns, I only know a few therapists in La who work from home.

A big WELCOME from Woodstock, Ga which is about 1/2 hour north of Atlanta. I am going on my 4th set of 29 days, actually my day 104.
I LOVE this, it started out slow, but as I began to give EVERY day and BLOG every day it REALLY took off!
