I found this site by following the link in the e-mail I got from Kripalu Yoga Center. I love that I found it on New Years Day. What a wonderful way to start the new year. I gave two small gifts this morning. One was an e-mail of support, and the other was a message I left for a friend. I loved how it felt to be conscious that I was doing these two things as gifts.
