- Why I'm choosing to give:
- I just finished a memoir and I feel like it's been "all about me" lately. I'm sending it to my agent today and it's time to change my focus for the month of December.
- What I'd most like to receive:
- Feeling reconnected to the world, a larger place than my own concerns. This is a month for giving gifts to the usual people--family, friends, grandchildren--but I don't want to forget about others.
