- Having taught school and sold real estate for many years, I finally am following my passion. I have written and self-published My Life Log, a beautiful leather bound book that helps and encourages individuals to keep basic personal and family health information throughout an entire lifetime;

I just looked at your Life Log Book site. Brilliant! I spent a week in the hospital with my father as he recovered from surgery; this is a great idea. I think I'll write a post about it on my everyday wellness blog (blog.wakowa.com.)
